Event: Au Paon Dinner

Portland is getting a new cooperatively-owned vegan dessert bar and cafe from some folks you may know from The New Leaf, Portobello, and Red & Black. It’s called Au Paon and they’re hoping to land a space on East Burnside where they’ll be serving raw desserts and entrees, smoothies, juices, salads, snacks, and signature cocktails.

In the meantime, they are hosting a 3-course fundraising dinner featuring an organic, raw, gluten- and soy-free vegan menu (Aged Cashew Cheese w/ Apple, Pear, and Rosemary Crackers; Ravioli w/ Wild Arugula Salad; Strawberry, Chocolate & Banana Neapolitan) and a beverage of your choice.
