Vegan frozen dessert cart Savor the Chill has been open since the beginning of the year at the PSU Park Blocks, just across the way from vegan cart Tandem Treats. They make vegan ice creams and sorbets without corn syrup and are currently serving three seasonal flavors at the cart and participating at events like the Portland Underground Market. The flavor line-up right now is Ginger Snap (coconut milk-based, gluten-free), Thai Tea (coconut milk-based, gluten-free), and Dark & Stormy (almond milk-based). A single scoop is $4.50, double is $5.50, and a pint is $8.
