Just in case you hadn’t heard, solar-powered vegetarian burger cart Off The Griddle and partner breakfast joint A.N.D Cafe will be combining forces to form one restaurant in 2013 (there’s 5 days left to support their Kickstarter campaign to help outfit their forthcoming location with sustainable features). On their road to a combined space, they are closing down the cart on Wednesday, September 26th and burgers will be on a hiatus until the new restaurant. So you have a few more days to get a burger fix—the last special is the Pumpkin Curry Falafel Burger.
